D Sy Law is a full-service independent international law firm based in Singapore and founded by Delphine Constantin.
Delphine Constantin has more than 15 years of experience practicing across Southeast Asia, in India, Europe, Africa and the Pacific Islands. She is qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales), is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore and was admitted as an Avocat in France.
D Sy Law has specific expertise advising international investors across Southeast Asia and in India on the development and financing of complex international projects and transactions in a range of sectors, and risk management and dispute resolution in sensitive contexts. In the Pacific region, we have particular experience in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
D Sy Law assists on all aspects of Asian outbound investments into Europe, and commercial agreements with European parties. We advise on both European Union (EU) and domestic legislation – including under Swiss, English and French laws.
We have noted experience in Africa – specifically in we have particular experience in New Caledonia and French PolynesiaDelphine Constantin is the co-founder and a committee member of Connect Africa, an Africa-focused business platform in Singapore.
We also advise individual clients in relation to complex personal or employment situations in an international context.
